Vice President

Wen-Sen Pan

Wen-Sen Pan is the Vice President of Microelectronics and Memory Solution Group of Macronix International Co., Ltd. He is responsible for Operation Center to manage the wafer fab manufacturing and backend IC production process.

Wen-Sen Pan joined Macronix in 1996. At that time, Macronix was preparing the building up of its 8-inch Fab, FAB 2. Wen-Sen Pan brought his profound experience with Intel Corp. Etching Group in California Technology Development to Macronix and has assisted in fab operation since then. He had been Department Manager, Director, Executive Director and Associate Vice President and was promoted to Vice President in 2007.

Dr. Pan received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He served as the Deputy Chairman of SEMI Taiwan IC Committee, a member of Taiwan Semiconductor Industry Association (TSIA) and Association of Industries in Science Parks (ASIP).​
