Jui-Kun Chen is the Vice President of Microelectronics and Memory Solution Group​ of Macronix International Co., Ltd.

Jui-Kun Chen joined Macronix in 1991. During his career with Macronix, he has been involved in many different aspects of the company’s operation, including process engineering, manufacturing, fab management, production control and management. He had rich experience in 8-inch and advanced 12-inch fab operation and had been served as Department Manager, Factory Director, and Executive Director.​

Jui-Kun Chen received his Bachelor's degree in Physics from National Tsing Hua University in 1985 and M.S. degree in Accounting from National Taiwan University in 2003. Before joining Macronix, he was with United Microelectronics Corporation and Quasel.​
